Yahoo, Google, and some other, are hosting a lot of webbased mailinglists, also called groups. You can join them, by becoming a member of the Yahoo/Google/whatever-world and some of them, like Yahoo, even easier just by subscribing the group via email (here an example with yahoo groups):

Unsubscribe: groupname-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com

Some groups are public, other are private. Most of them are moderated. For more information, how to use a mailinglist, please have a look to this wiki about Mailinglists or the specific helppages of Yahoo, Google, etc.

Until now, there were no BookCrossing-mailinglists/groups at Yahoo for Norway reported.

BookCrossing.com does have some fora, where BookCrossers (or those who wants to become a BookCrosser) can talk about books, ask questions, chit-chat, etc.

There even exists seperate fora for some or all different languages of this country:

· OBCZ - Official BookCrossing Zones

Official BookCrossing Zone - a BC member, with the permission of the location manager, sets up a box, shelf, corner, etc. to become a centralized location for exchanging books.

BookCrosser Netstation, has setup a wonderful page named OBCZ Finder, where reported BookCrossingzones can found, not only in Europe, but also in the whole world.

BTW, the OBCZ-Finder has indeed some entries for Norway.

If there exists a support page for this country (mentioned above), you could find other sources of OBCZ, as the OBCZ-finder may not be complete. Not every OBCZ-caretaker even think of reporting them!
